Panattoni sells its logistics centre

Savills Investment Management has acquired a logistics centre near Wroclaw for EUR 32.7 million.

The modern property with an area of 46,000 sqm was acquired by Savills Investment Management from Panattoni Europe on behalf of its Savills IM European Logistics Fund 3.

The facility totalling 46,000 sqm was built in 2019 and is fully leased by Polish and international companies from the logistics, food and chemical sectors. It is located in Nowa Wies Wroclawska near Wroclaw, within a major logistics hub and next to the interchange of the A4 and A8 motorways, the S8 expressway, and national road 5.

The logistics portfolio of Savills Investment Management has been expanded in recent months by the acquisitions of warehouse parks in Warsaw (42,000 sqm) and Sosnowiec (37,000 sqm). It also includes two modern BTS (build-to-suit) facilities acquired by Savills Investment Management on behalf of an Asian investor. One is the Amazon Gliwice logistics centre with a record space of more than 200,000 sqm, built in 2019 to the specifications of Amazon, a global e-giant. The other is the H&M Boleslawiec distribution centre offering 75,000 sqm. Both projects were developed by Panattoni Europe.
