Automotive company AS-PL has signed up to Panattoni Park Tricity East I by leasing nearly 2,900 sqm of warehouse and office space. It instructed real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska to negotiate lease conditions on its behalf.
AS-PL was established in Gdansk in 1992. Today it has more than 400 staff in Poland and in its overseas divisions in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. AS-PL is a distributor of alternators, starters and parts for cars, vans, lorries and waterborne vessels. It carries more than 27,000 different products and in response to client needs it has created its own brand “AS”. Aside from distribution, AS-PL also provides starter and alternator refurbishment services.
