PLOH grows in Ożarów Mazowiecki

PLOH, a market leader in vending machines, has decided to extend its lease of warehouse space and to increase its office footprint in Ożarów I Logistics Centre. The company's headquarters currently has 1,700 sqm. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

PLOH Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest vending machine suppliers in Poland. It offers vending machines, water dispensers and coffee machines throughout the country.

“Our company has been operating since 1991, constantly developing and increasing sales. Due to our growing space requirements, we have decided to enlarge our headquarters. Thanks to Cresa advisors, we managed to lease additional office space on favorable terms within the same facility,” says Silvio Corbucci, Member of the Board and CEO at PLOH.

Ożarów I Logistics Centre is a warehouse and office facility with a total area of ​​over 12,000 sqm located in Bronisze near Ożarów Mazowiecki, 18 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport and 12 km from the centre of Warsaw. CBRE Global Investors is the asset manager. CBRE is responsible for commercialization and property management. PLOH Sp. z o.o. has been based in this location for many years.
