Polbrass moved into a new production hall with an area of approximately 2,800 sqm of warehouse and production space in Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland during the negotiation process.
Polbrass Sp. z o.o. is a domestic manufacturer of copper, brass, and bronze products. Since 2003, the company has been supplying tapes, foils, pipes, rods, and other non-ferrous metal products to enterprises in Central Europe. The company's expansion and its increased need for access to modern infrastructure led to the decision to relocate from the current headquarters. Polbrass considered locations in Bielsko-Biała and its surrounding area. The new centre of operations has 2,500 sqm of production and warehouse space and 270 sqm of office and social facilities.
Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III is Panattoni’s third property located in Bielsko-Biała in close proximity to the S52 road. The park is currently expanding with a second building with a usable floor area of 68,500 sqm. The building is used mainly for production and warehouse storage. It also features office facilities and social premises for tenants.
“The Polbrass company was looking for an optimal space that would allow it to expand its production lines. We presented the client with warehouse and industrial properties in Bielsko-Biała and its vicinity. The location in the city turned out to be more hospitable not only for the company's employees but also for contractors,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Advisor in the Industrial and Warehouse Department of Cresa Polska.
