PPHU Specjał remains in SEGRO’s park in Łódź

PPHU SPECJAŁ, a leading FMCG distributor, has extended its warehouse and office lease in SEGRO Business Park Łódź. The tenant was represented during the renegotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

This year marks the 30-year anniversary of PPHU SPECJAŁ. The company operates in several sectors, has nearly 6,000 employees and 82,000 sqm of warehouse space. It delivers to 20,000 stores and currently operates 8,629 outlets franchised as part of such chains as NASZ SKLEP, RABAT DETAL, and LIVIO. The Group’s brands comprise FMCG, medical, property and people security, and cleaning services. It has a fast-growing FMCG wholesale network with 19 locations across Poland.

PPHU SPECJAŁ occupies approximately 6,700 sqm in Łódź, of which approximately 420 sqm is office and welfare space. The prime location of SEGRO Business Park Łódź was a key influencer on the company’s decision to extend the lease. The park provides a total of approximately 54,000 sqm of warehouse space. Its key advantages include both its excellent location (just 2 km from the A1 motorway and 6 km from the city centre) and easy access by public transportation, which is greatly appreciated by the employees and clients of SPECJAŁ in ŁÓDŹ.
