Primavera Parfum, the Polish leader in multichannel retailing and e-commerce in the beauty sector, has leased over 5,000 sqm of customized class A warehouse space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Founded in 1991, Primavera Parfum is a specialist distributor of premium brand perfumes, makeup, hair styling and skin care products. It carries over 25,000 products from more than 1,000 brands. The wholesale warehouse of Primavera Parfum serves clients operating physical stores and offers dropshipping services. Thanks to its broad product portfolio and short delivery times, Primavera Parfum currently cooperates with over 500 retail partners.
In early 2021 the e-commerce distributor implemented a multichannel strategy to offer its clients a wide spectrum of cosmetics and perfumes sales channels, including brand zones, and dedicated or own e-stores). With such a broad offer, Primavera guarantees full coverage of the e-commerce market, content consistency (which is key in marketing campaigns) and sales optimization with full pricing control.
