Sanmar, a TFL company, has leased nearly 5,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at City Logistics Łódź VI. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska throughout the market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations and space handover.
Founded in Poznań in 2006, Sanmar initially focused exclusively on domestic transport before expanding into international operations. The company now employs over 100 people, operates a fleet of 120 vehicles and handles more than 70,000 orders each year. To meet client expectations, Sanmar opened nine branches, including locations in Łódź, Zielona Góra, Szczecin, Tychy, and Tarnów. Its rapid growth is underpinned by a clear vision: since its inception, the company has remained true to its core values of professionalism, partnership and a friendly work environment.

The facility has achieved BREEAM environmental certification with an Excellent rating. Its key strength lies in flexibility, with small units designed to accommodate a wide range of operations, including e-commerce, warehousing, light manufacturing and logistics.
