7R has finalized the sale of its 7R City Flex Lodz I on Rokicinska Street to Segro European Logistics Partnership. This is the third 7R project to join the portfolio managed by Segro.
The newly acquired warehouse, which has been renamed Segro Business Park Lodz Wschod, offers a combined area of 8,500 sqm and is 100 per cent let. In addition to its standard warehouse function, the facility can be adapted for light production, retailing and exhibition activities, and high-class offices.
SELP and 7R established a business relationship in June last year, when SELP completed the acquisition of the 7R industrial park with a total area of 23,500 sqm in Wroclaw. The park was renamed SEGRO Industrial Park Wroclaw 2. In H2 2019, the partners signed a contract for the construction of a City Flex type facility in Lodz, in Transmisyjna Street. The project, which consists of two buildings with a combined area of 13,400 sqm, will be commissioned for use in Q4 2020. When completed, the facility will become an integral part of Segro Business Park Lodz.
