Siemens moves into MLP Wroclaw

Siemens has taken over approximately 4,000 sqm of modern space in the MLP Wroclaw logistics park. The tenant will manufacture high-quality control cabinets there and create nearly 150 new jobs.

Siemens Polska has leased approximately 4,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at MLP Wroclaw, of which 3,200 sqm will be used for production and warehousing, and nearly 700 sqm will serve as office space. The facility has already been handed over to the tenant.

Siemens will manufacture high-quality control cabinets for the automotive and engineering industries on the space leased from MLP Group. The cabinets will be equipped with numerical control systems, drives and other components made by Siemens. Production will be rolled out in phases.

The control cabinets manufactured in Poland will be shipped mainly to Polish and German companies, with smaller batches marketed in the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and northern Italy. The plant is expected to create nearly 150 jobs.

MLP Wroclaw is a logistics park developed on a 13-hectare site. At full build-out, it will comprise five warehouse buildings with a total area of 63,500 sqm. The facility is located in the Psie Pole district in north-eastern Wroclaw, only 14 km from the city centre. The proximity of national road E67 and the S8 expressway, which connects Wroclaw and Warsaw, is a great convenience.
