Specjał leases 6,500 sqm in Czeladź

Specjał, a leading FMCG distributor, has leased 6,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Czeladź V. The tenant was represented in the leasing process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Specjał is one of the largest FMCG distributors in Poland, continuously expanding into new fields of activity and opening new branches for the last 30 years. Its Czeladź branch will serve as a logistics facility dedicated to Upper Silesia. Out of concern for its employees, the company was looking for space close to its current buildings.

Panattoni Park Czeladź V is a modern class A facility with an area of 36,500 sqm, including close to 2,700 sqm of office space. It has 107 docks. The park enjoys easy access to key roads in its region, including S86, which is the main transportation corridor connecting the Dąbrowa Basin and the Upper Silesian part of Katowice.

“Thanks to our long-standing cooperation, we have a deep understanding of Specjał’s needs and are able to propose facilities that meet their requirements and ensure that negotiations run smoothly,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.

“We are pleased to always negotiate favourable financial conditions for the tenant and to deliver technical expertise in new space acquisition,” adds Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Business Development Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
