Specjał’s wholesale warehouse doubles its footprint in Szczecin

Specjał’s wholesale warehouse doubles its footprint in Szczecin

The Specjał Group has decided to relocate its Western Pomeranian branch to 7R City Flex Szczecin, situated within the city limits. Its new wholesale warehouse will total more than 4,700 sqm. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

Specjał is a leading FMCG distributor boasting a nearly 30-year-long history. It is already present in 16 locations across Poland, offering top branded fast-moving consumer goods such as sweets, juices, beverages, coffees, teas, dairy and fats. Its Szczecin facility is focused on distribution on the Polish market and exports to England and the Netherlands.

“After several years of our organic growth in Szczecin we decided to move our wholesale facility to an even more accessible location. Our Western Pomeranian branch serves the Polish and overseas markets and that’s why the proximity of the A6 motorway was so important to us. Cresa helped us negotiate favourable conditions which allowed us to nearly double the floorspace of our wholesale warehouse in Szczecin,” says Zdzisław Wdowiak, Technical Director, Specjał Group.

“The Specjał Group is yet another company to have opted for our 7R City Flex Szczecin, which is now fully leased. It follows our previous deal with Specjał, which is also present at 7R Park Kraków. I am pleased to see our clients return and want to grow in other locations we propose to them. It is the best confirmation of our top quality services both in project delivery and during the lease term,” says Maciej Krawiecki, Leasing Director at 7R SA.

Specjał’s wholesale warehouse at 7R City Flex Szczecin will comprise 4,400 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office space. 7R City Flex Szczecin is located in Andrzeja Struga Street in Szczecin. It benefits from its proximity to a shopping centre and chain stores. The complex enjoys easy access to the city, the A6 motorway and transportation, including domestic and international air, sea and rail connections. 7R City Flex Szczecin is a modern Class A building with an area of approximately 10,500 sqm.

“The robust growth of the Specjał Group calls for brave decisions. Having a significantly larger wholesale warehouse in Szczecin, Specjał will be able to plan its next expansion steps in the region and abroad. I am confident that this location will encourage other clients to take advantage of the Group’s services,” says Katarzyna Bojanowicz, Business Development Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
