Wojnarowscy, the owner of the Spectrum LED brand, will occupy 5,400 sqm of modern warehouse space in the DC2 building at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska. The tenant was represented by advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The new location will support Spectrum LED’s continued operational growth and enhance the efficiency of its logistics processes. The decision to locate in one of Poland’s key logistics hubs reflects the company’s expanding business needs, built on 36 years of delivering reliable and safe lighting solutions.
Space designed for efficient operations
Completed in 2025, building DC2 is a modern warehouse facility designed for efficient distribution and flexible adaptation to tenant requirements. A key priority in preparing the space was aligning it closely with the tenant’s operational processes.
To streamline the start of operations, Spectrum LED opted for solutions available through the Prologis Essentials platform. The warehouse will be equipped with racking systems that maximize storage capacity and enable operations to begin from day one. This approach addresses the growing demand for speed and flexibility, allowing companies to scale without unnecessary setup phases.
“Choosing Prologis Park Ruda Śląska is a natural step in our continued growth. The modern infrastructure and the ability to tailor the space to our operational needs will allow us to respond even more effectively to market demands and our customers’ expectations,” said Sylwester Grys, Vice President of Wojnarowscy.
“The strategic location and attractive lease terms at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska were decisive factors in our client’s choice. We are pleased that Wojnarowscy has once again used our services and that we could support the company in creating optimal conditions for its continued growth,” said Janusz Dudek, Associate Director at Newmark Polska.
BREEAM Excellent-certified building
Spectrum LED will move into DC2, which offers a 12-meter clear height and reinforced floor load capacity of up to 10 t/sqm, enabling the safe installation of advanced storage systems. The facility features an intelligent building management system (BMS), LED lighting with a DALI control system, and a photovoltaic installation.
Additional amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, covered bicycle shelters with repair stations, and direct access to public transport, ensuring a convenient commute for employees. The development was built on a revitalized site and has achieved BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
“Signing the lease with Wojnarowscy confirms the attractiveness of Prologis Park Ruda Śląska as a location that supports the growth of manufacturing and logistics companies. Today’s customers are looking not only for space, but also for solutions that allow them to start operations quickly and manage them efficiently – and that’s exactly what the Prologis Essentials platform delivers,” said Katarzyna Nobis, Leasing & Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.
