The new warehouse will be used by the company to provide logistics and distribution services for one of the largest drugstore chains in Europe.
In addition to the new lease contract, Spedimex also renewed its existing lease of 17,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in building 2 of the Logicor Stryków park.
Spedimex is a Polish logistics operator that provides supply chain management solutions. The company was founded in 1993 and currently has 13 branch offices throughout Poland with a total warehouse space of approx. 146,000 sqm. In addition to the space it leases in the Logicor Stryków park, Spedimex also occupies a building with 20,000 sqm in the Logicor Łódź I logistics park.
Logicor Stryków is a modern warehouse centre consisting of three buildings with a combined area of more than 107,000 sqm.
