Sushi & Food Factor, a producer and distributor of ready meals and additions to Japanese cuisine, has decided to renegotiate a lease agreement of 2.4 thousand sq m, production and warehouse space in parallel with the expansion to another 1.8 thousand. sqm. as part of the P3 Poznań park.
Sushi & Food Factor is a Polish company dealing in the production of ready-made Japanese dishes under its own logo - Sushi4You, Wrap4You, Onigiri4You, Asia4You and Ready4You and as part of own brands created on behalf of Polish and foreign stores, commercial networks and gas stations. The company started operating in October 2015 and today employs approximately 160 people.
Park P3 Poznań is one of the largest logistics parks in Greater Poland and offers over 190 thousand. sqm. warehouse and office space and the possibility of expansion by another over 200 thousand. sqm. warehouse space in the BTS formula. Located in the village of Robakowo / Gądki, 16 km from the center of Poznań and 2.4 km from the S11 express road connecting to the A2 motorway, it enables transport to the east with Warsaw and to the west with Berlin. There is a bus stop in the center.
