Tenants remain at Ideal Distribution Center

Altto J. Szeluga, the owner of the Office Media brand, runs the biggest stationery store in Warsaw and delivers comprehensive office services. It has operated on the Polish market since 2005. The firm occupies nearly 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Ideal Distribution Center.

“Relying on perfect logistics solutions, we are able to provide fast and efficient services to the largest corporations, firms and organisations across Poland. Our new warehouse will further streamline our supply chain processes for our clients,” said Justyna Szeluga, President of Altto J. Szeluga.

Nat-Com has been present on the Polish market since 2000. It delivers office equipment, including printers, scanners and multifunctional devices, to advertising agencies, publishing and printing houses, desktop publishing firms, and small, medium-sized and large working groups. Nat-Com’s new warehouse comprises 650 sqm of warehouse and office space.

“High quality of customer service is our top priority, that’s why in Warsaw we supply goods via our own transport. Our warehouse in the Okęcie district is ideally positioned to ensure same-day deliveries of equipment to our clients,” said Sylwester Guzik, Vice President of Nat-Com.

The Ideal Distribution Center is a logistics park combining warehouse and office functions in a Small Business Unit format in Warsaw’s Okęcie district. It is located approximately 5 km from the S8 expressway and approximately 3.5 km from the S2 expressway, providing easy access to the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). The complex also benefits from proximity to the Krakow Route (national road no. 7) and the Katowice Route (national road no. 8). It is owned by CBRE Global Investors.

“Our clients wanted space for immediate occupation in Warsaw in a location enabling swift access to it by their staff and clients. The current location turned out to be the best solution. It enabled expansion within the existing park and leasing the whole space in another building,” said Miłosz Borkowski, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.

The tenants were represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
