TG Park carries on with its latest project in Radom as scheduled. The first 12,000 sqm building has been completed and commercialized.
It is the second project of TG Park in Radom. The park is located in the northern part of the city, by national road 9, and will comprise four class A warehouse and production buildings with a total area of approximately 50,000 sqm.
TG1, the first building, with an area of 12,000 sqm has already been completed and commercialized. Its space was let to tobacco and light manufacturing companies.
In addition to warehouses, TG Park will also comprise two office buildings. The site is covered by the Local Zoning Plan and neighbours on Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone Wislosan.
The developer’s first project is located in the southern part of Radom, 12 Samorzadowa Street, and consists of four buildings with a total area of 40,000 sqm. The first phase of the park has also been 100% let.
TG Park’s key strength lies in its location in north Radom, in an industrial area with many large companies. The site enjoys very easy access to national roads (DK 9, DK 7 and DK 12). As in the previous project, buildings are being developed on a BTS (build-to-suit) basis, with clients being delivered tailor-made facilities meeting individual requirements and enabling optimum space usage.
