Logistics operator TRS Warehouse was looking for suitable logistics and office accommodation to enter the Tricity market. With the support of specialists from real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska who provided comprehensive assistance in market analysis and lease negotiations, TRS Warehouse leased 2,500 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Tricity East I for its operations in northern Poland.
TRS Warehouse specialises in warehousing logistics. Its name reflects the services it provides: TRS stands for Transport, Reloading and Service. The company’s experienced team delivers comprehensive support, including container transport from ports, customs clearance, packaging, labelling, order picking and shipping. TRS Warehouse also offers a range of services to e-commerce retailers, including storage, order picking, shipment preparation and courier dispatch.
