Tuplex, a leader in the plastics industry, is a new tenant in Multipark Bydgoszcz, where it took 1,450 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was advised during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The Tuplex Group is the largest distributor of plastics products in Central and Eastern Europe, with a presence in eight countries, and the market leader in Poland. It sells plastics for use in the construction, advertising and production industries. Its broad product portfolio includes composites, HPL, PC, PMMA (plexiglass), foamed and hard PVC, advertising composites, foils, fabrics and textiles for printing.
Tuplex has 18 branches across Poland, allowing it to ensure seamless deliveries and continuous availability of materials. Each branch operates its own warehouse. Orders for products can also be placed online at tuplex.pl.

Multipark Bydgoszcz offers warehouse and office space.
