A Polish logistics company will move into MLP Pruszków II and will receive over 5.7 thousand sqm modern warehouse and office space.
Uniq Logistic has signed a contract with MLP Group for the rental of modern space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Under the agreement, the Group will receive approx. 5.7 thousand sqm. area, of which approx. 5450 sq m will be allocated for storage purposes, and the rest approx. 250 sq m. will be an office and social part. The handover of the finished facility is planned for the beginning of the third quarter of 2020. The facility, according to the MLP Group standard, will be tailored to the individual needs of the tenant.
