Ventia is the first tenant at Ideal Idea City Park

Ventia, a leading Polish HVAC supplier, is the first tenant to have signed up to Ideal Idea City Park under construction on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn by leasing 1,500 sqm of warehouse space and 460 sqm of office space. Real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland represented Ventia during the negotiations.

Their advice to Ventia was one of key drivers behind Ventia’s decision to relocate to the City Park. Its construction is ideal not only for the HVAC industry. We did our best to make sure that all industrial, retail or service sectors could benefit from our park’s modern features,” says Jędrzej Dużyński, President of Ideal Idea Formad.

The Ideal Idea City Park’s basic proposition comprises small warehouse units of a certain size or a multiple of such units, as well as non-standard modules tailored to a client’s requirements. All units will feature flexible functional layouts and Class A office space with raised floors right from the ground level, air-conditioning and glazed 2.7-metre high doors with high-light windows. In addition to its façade typical of Class A office buildings, the facility will also provide elevators serving floors and other functional solutions characteristic of Class A schemes. Of the four planned buildings of the complex, the first two (H1 and H2) will be completed this November.

Ideal Idea Formad’s facilities have always featured a high-quality fit-out and well thought-out designs in comparison with competitive schemes. The City Park in Raszyn will be built to an above-average standard, which is very important to us as a tenant. Additionally, office and warehouse space will be tailored to our needs during the development stage. This will facilitate our relocation,” says Piotr Wiśniewski, Vice-President of Ventia. “At the new facility we will increase our office size by 100%, and our warehouse space by more than 30%. This will allow us to substantially increase our headcount, which will help us further expand our client reach and services. Cresa Poland demonstrated great professionalism in their review of our needs and the market, available locations and collection of bids. Their outstanding market expertise, direct contacts with developers and agility enabled us to go through the search for a new head office quickly and seamlessly.”

Ideal Idea City Park will be developed in Mieczysława Słowikowskiego Street in Raszyn and will enjoy easy access via Szyszkowa Street. It will be located in the immediate vicinity of the S2 expressway and the E30 European route, both being of significant importance to tenants of the scheme. All the four buildings of the City Park will feature a standard 110 sqm office space and warehouses sized 500, 850 or 1,100 sqm. Office space will be available on the ground, first and second floors.

Ventia’s new head office will be superbly located near Warsaw’s southern ring-road, allowing for good exposure of the client’s logo.
