Volcano, a fashion brand of the Polish clothing company VCO S.A., will move its warehouse operations to Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz, where it has leased 2,100 sqm. The tenant was represented during the negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
The portfolio of VCO S.A. comprises two brands: Volcano and Patrol. Volcano offers casual women’s and men’s clothing designed in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner. Volcano clothes are available in many countries including Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Greece, Israel and Canada. VCO has been present in the Polish market for over 30 years and has received multiple awards for its operational excellence such as Forbes Diamond 2019 and 2020, and Business Gazelle 2018.

Fortress Logistics Park Bydgoszcz is a warehouse complex that is located close to the city centre – a key advantage for its tenants and staff who work at the Park. A public bus stop is located just 100m from the Park. The proximity of the S10 expressway, which connects to the A1 motorway, allows for efficient distribution of products. International Bydgoszcz Airport is approximately 10 km away.
