Real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska is on a prestigious short-list of five companies nominated for the Advisor of the Year award in Prime Property Prize 2022. The award will be decided by the readers of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl. Voting will continue until 31 August 2022.

The Advisor of the Year is awarded to advisory and law firms active in the Polish commercial real estate market in recognition of their achievements in commercial space leasing, property sales, investment transaction services, and contribution to the development of the real estate industry, service innovation and consistency in strategy execution.
In the period from September 2021 to June 2022, Newmark Polska represented tenants in leases for approximately 340,000 sqm of commercial space throughout Poland. The largest deals included representing:
• Morska Agencja Gdynia in the negotiation and expansion of its lease for around 22,800 sqm of warehouse space in Tricity,
• Langowski Logistics in its expansion throughout Poland – over 25,000 sqm,
• the Delta Trans Group in the renegotiation of its lease for around 17,000 sqm of warehouse space in Upper Silesia,
• the Musketeers Group in contracting approx. 13,000 sqm of warehouse space in Upper Silesia.
