A warehouse project for an e-commerce giant breaks ground at 7R Park Kielce

myBOX Logistics has signed a lease agreement for more than 22,000 sqm at 7R Park Kielce.

7R Park Kielce, a Class A industrial park, is located by the S7 expressway and the Kielce South interchange. It will consist of two warehouse facilities with a total area of more than 60,000 sqm. The first 23,000 sqm building is scheduled for completion in June this year. Space in the second building, which is expected to be completed in Q4 2019, has been leased by myBOX Logistics, a company of the Marketing Investment Group (MIG). MIG owns a chain of nearly 400 stores run under well-known brands such as Sizeer, 50style, Symbiosis, Timberland, Umbro, and e-commerce stores of these brands in CEE. It also acts as a wholesale distributor on the Polish market for Timberland, New Era, Lotto, Umbro and footwear line Lacoste. From its new facility in Kielce, the company will provide logistics services for its retail chain, including the burgeoning e-commerce platforms.

Thanks to buoyant economic zones, technology parks and business incubators, Kielce is an attractive location for a broad range of investors. And benefiting from further road improvements, Kielce plays an increasingly important role on the logistics map of Poland. In addition, a large pool of skilled labour in the region makes this location ideal for e-commerce operators.
