Biuro Inwestycji Kapitalowych (BIK) has finalised its sale of part of the Silesian Logistics Centre warehouse complex in Sosnowiec. Three buildings of the complex were bought by the Exeter Property Group fund, acting through a special-purpose vehicle MIR Poland.
The three buildings and appurtenant lands were acquired by MIR Poland, a special-purpose vehicle of the Exeter Property Group fund.
Following the disposal of part of the Silesian Logistics Centre complex in Sosnowiec, BIK will continue to manage building 5 and is planning to construct building 6.
