WUZETEM’s HQ remains at MEP Industrial Centre Warsaw

WUZETEM, a leading global manufacturer of high-quality engine nozzles, has extended its lease for 11,150 sqm of industrial, office and social space at MEP Industrial Centre Warsaw. The tenant was represented during the lease renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

WUZETEM, or Warszawskie Zakłady Mechaniczne “PZL-WZM” w Warszawie Spółka Akcyjna, is a specialist supplier of precision mechanical solutions. The company manufactures high-quality nozzles, injectors and stamping elements, with products bearing the WUZETEM logo renowned for their exceptional precision. Established in 1951, WUZETEM has a long-standing presence in the market. It employs 270 staff and delivers products to 47 countries worldwide, underscoring the scale of its operations.

“WUZETEM sought to extend its lease, subject to specific facility improvements. Our role was to analyse the market, recommend the most advantageous solution, and subsequently lead the renegotiation process and provide full technical support. We are pleased that, with our assistance, WUZETEM successfully secured space for its continued growth and can remain in its current location,” says Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.

“Thanks to our successful cooperation with Newmark Polska, Jawczyce will remain WUZETEM’s headquarters for the next 10 years,” adds Jacek Pużuk, President of the Management Board of Warszawskie Zakłady Mechaniczne.
