XBS Logistics consistently pursues its strategy

XBS Logistics, a provider of logistics services for the business sector, has renewed its lease agreements for a total of over 19,000 sqm in two warehouses in P3 Błonie near Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the renegotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

XBS Logistics, part of the XBS Group, provides integrated logistics services and modern, optimized e-commerce solutions (fulfilment, dropshipping and cross border services). As one of few European companies, it offers logistics optimization focused on sustainability and reducing environmental footprint.

P3 Błonie is a logistics park located to the west of Warsaw, by the junction of national road 92 and the A2 motorway. Its 14 buildings offer more than 278,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. Its great potential for tailoring space to business requirements and its prime location make P3 Błonie popular with logistics providers and occupiers who carry out nationwide distribution operations from the facility; and additionally, a vast majority of its warehouses are always occupied.

“The lease extension by XBS Logistics is part of a consistent pursuit of its strategy. Even when faced with a risk of COVID-19, XBS Logistics is not slowing down and continues to deliver top-quality services from its modern facility. We expect that thanks to its robust strategy the company will strengthen its market position in 2021. We will be pleased to assist the client in further growth,” says Jakub Kurek, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.

“This is yet another time that XBS Logistics has decided to continue our business relationship. We always go the extra mile to meet the expectations of our clients – not only before a lease agreement is concluded, but first of all throughout its term. And the fact that they stay with us is the best proof that we do it the right way,” says Anna Brym, Leasing Manager, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.
