XBS Logistics has leased another warehouse at P3 Błonie logistics park. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics delivers comprehensive supply chain management services, including supplies, inventory financing, intralogistics and transport. It will use nearly 9,000 sqm as warehouse space and 250 sqm as office space. XBS Logistics has two other warehouses in the vicinity of Błonie.
“Our firm keeps expanding at a very rapid pace and we couldn’t afford to wait for new facilities to be completed. I am pleased that we have secured a suitable warehouse at P3 Błonie to further enhance our customer service. Cresa Poland fulfilled our needs with great skill once again,” says Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director, XBS Logistics.
P3 Błonie logistics park is located 27 km to the west of Warsaw, by the junction of national road 92 and the A2 motorway. It consists of 14 buildings. The owner of the park is P3 Logistic Parks.
“It was quite a challenge to find quickly such a large warehouse as close as possible to the client’s current locations – basically for immediate occupancy.
