XBS Logistics has leased 6,800 sqm at logistics centre Hillwood Błonie II near Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics delivers comprehensive supply chain management services, including supplies, inventory financing, intralogistics and transport. It is part of the XBS Group, offering an innovative approach to optimizing supply chain management and e-commerce solutions.
“It is the third warehouse of XBS Logistics in Błonie. To accommodate our rapid business growth, we are making technical improvements and taking on more staff. That’s why we also need more space to be able to deliver top-quality customer service,” says Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director, XBS Logistics.
Hillwood Błonie II is a logistics centre in Błonie, 38 km from Warsaw’s city centre. It is located close to national road no. 92 and just 10 km from the A2 motorway. The park will provide more than 85,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out.
