XBS Logistics has renegotiated its 20,000 sqm lease of warehouse and office space at logistics centre Hillwood Błonie II near Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics is part of the XBS Group, offering an innovative approach to optimizing supply chain management and e-commerce solutions (fulfillment, dropshipping and cross border). The XBS Group has developed four professional business lines for its clients: XBS Supply offers supply chain management, XBS Finance provides services related to handling financial aspects of purchases and sales, XBS Services ensures support at points of sale, while XBS Logistics delivers comprehensive supply chain management services, including supplies, intralogistics and transport.
The group's advantage is its business model focused on optimization of its supply chain operations, combined with sales support activities such as management of incentive and loyalty programs. The development strategy of XBS Group is based on modern technology and ecology.
“The last months have been very intense for our company. During that time we were confirmed in our decision for XBS Group to adopt a rapid growth strategy and deliver comprehensive services. We are glad that in these uncertain times we were able to assist our clients and confirm the stability of XBS Logistics by extending the lease of space in Błonie,” says Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director, XBS Logistics.
