Yonelle, a Polish cosmetics brand, has leased 1,050 sqm of warehouse and office space in Ideal Idea City Park in Warsaw. The tenant was represented during negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
Yonelle offers luxury, premium beauty products as an alternative to leading global brands. It focuses on selective distribution, with products available solely through Douglas perfume stores. The company also carries a wide range of professional cosmetics for beauty salons and hotel spas.
“Our brand, offer and revenue growth has been gaining strong momentum. We continue looking for innovative solutions. In cosmetics, this means developing formulas incorporating state-of-the-art ingredients and using new packaging types for maximum protection of contents and easy use. When we concluded that a move to a larger warehouse and office was necessary, we liaised with Cresa Poland. Ideal Idea City Park is located on the border between Warsaw and Raszyn, in Mieczysława Słowikowskiego Street, with easy access via Szyszkowa Street. Its first two buildings provide 11,000 sqm of the nearly 18,500 sqm planned for all the four at full build-out. The project is being developed in a prime location by the S2 ring-road, within just a six-minute drive from the Park & Ride facility in Krakowska Avenue.
