The tenant begins work in these new locations in June and September of this year, respectively.
Panattoni is expanding its portfolio to include another industry leader by initiating cooperation with Żabka Sp. z.o.o. This chain of convenience – or small corner shops – has grown to more than 6,000 sales points over 21 years. As part of its logistics growth, Żabka has leased warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań IV in Komorniki (9,338 sqm) and City Logistics Łódź II (4,179 sqm), the two most important sites for logistics on the Polish map.
As part of the investment for the Żabka chain, Panattoni will prepare a range of amenities to protect products provided by the company. The facilities will feature advanced cooling rooms and freezers, as well as modern office space and standard warehouses. As part of the investment in the Wielkopolskie Province, Panattoni will create many interior divisions adapted to the company’s activities. In the Łódź facility, the developer will implement a complicated process to equip the standard warehouse park with many docks in an L layout.
The facilities leased by Żabka are class A warehouse space, equipped with advanced solutions and a layout adapted to tenant activities. A1 (connecting northern and southern Poland) intersects with the A2 motorway (east-west).
