Zadbano expands its lease in Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz

Zadbano, the leader in home delivery services and contract logistics solutions, expands its warehouse and office space to close to 2,000 sqm. Experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland provided support in the renegotiation of the existing lease.

Zadbano (formerly DTS) has been providing for 20 years end-to-end deliveries of products from leading retailers across the country, including home delivery, installation, connection and assembly. That is everything that the Client needs to use home appliances, electronics, furniture, sports equipment and many other large products right on the delivery day.

The company executes over a million deliveries every year, working for more than 450 brands throughout Poland. Thanks to its strong network of 16 branches across the country, it also provides short- and long-term storage services.

Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz is a modern warehouse and logistics centre, conveniently located in central Poland, close to the A1 motorway and the S10 expressway, and approximately 15 km from the centre of Bydgoszcz. This makes Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz an ideal location for a base or a branch for various operations, primarily for the distribution and transport of goods both in the Polish and foreign markets. The owner of the facility is Fortress REIT. Zadbano will occupy new space within the existing park.
