According to the “Occupier Insight – Industrial and Warehouse Market Q1-Q3 2022”, a report prepared by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, at the end of the third quarter, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock reached almost 27.4 million sqm

At the end of the second quarter of 2022, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock amounted to over 26.1 million sqm, representing a 19.5% increase on the same period in 2021.

According to the “Occupier Insight – Industrial and Warehouse Market Q1 2022”, a report prepared by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed the 25 million sqm mark, representing a 16.6% increase on the same period in 2021....

Total take-up volume in 2021 hit a record high of 7.35 million sqm, up by 41% on the previous year and 175% of the annual average from 2016-2020.

New warehouse supply year to date amounted to almost 2.3 million sqm, with 1.1 million sqm delivered in Q3, which is the largest new supply volume ever recorded on the Polish market in one quarter.

Occupier activity remained very robust in the first half of the year, with 3.4 million sqm transacted in January-June 2021, representing a 28% increase on the same period in 2020.

Gross industrial and warehouse take-up climbed to 1.6 million sqm in the first quarter of this year, representing an increase of 51% compared to the first three months of last year.

Total take-up volume in 2020 hit a record high of 5.2 million sqm in 2020, up by 28% on the previous year.

Close to 2.2 million sqm of space is under construction with the majority to be delivered in 2020.

According to “Occupier Insight”, warehouse and industrial supply hit a record high of nearly 2.8 million sqm.

More than 2 million sqm delivered to the market, bringing Poland’s total stock up to 17.59 million sqm.

The latest „Occupier Insight H1 2019”. Total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed 16.9 million sqm in this period.
