P3 Warsaw II

P3 Warsaw II is a modern warehouse which includes two BTS buildings, offering 24,000 sqm of warehouse space. It is located in the northern part of Warsaw, near the S8 expressway, 12 km from the city centre and 22 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport. Next to the complex there are bus and tram stops so the park is easily accessible by public transport. The park is equipped with pro-ecological solutions, such as energy-saving LED lighting and electric car charging station. Both buildings are developed in the Very Good BREEAM standard.
