Lodz Special Economic Zone

The Lodz Special Economic Zone is spread across three voivodships: Lodzkie, Mazowieckie and Wielkopolskie and occupies a total area of 1302 hectares. The greater part of the Zone is located in the Lodz province, in the central part of Poland (and of Europe), at the intersection of East-West and North-South transport routes. One of the largest motorway junctions in Poland is near Lodz, greatly facilitating transport. The ring road surrounding the city consists of the A1 (E75) and A2 (E30) motorways and the S8 and S14 expressways. On top of Lodz SEZ’s great location, tax deductions and substantive support in investment implementation make for an ideal area for investors.
