The new Hillwood warehouse will be located in Warsaw’s Targówek district at ul. Bardowskiego. The logistics park will have a total area of almost 50,000 sqm.

Textile producer and distributor FARO Tekstylia has leased more than 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse-office space in the Logicor Kraków logistics park.

Żabka will lease approx. 13,500 sqm in two Panattoni locations – 9,338 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań IV and 4,179 sqm in City Logistics Łódź II.

Krysiak has moved into the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. The tenant will occupy approx. 3,800 sqm of modern warehouse space and 50 sqm of office space.

SPECJAŁ, has extended its warehouse and office lease in SEGRO Business Park Łódź. The tenant was represented by Cresa.

The sorting facility will provide 8,100 sqm. Its location in the vicinity of an international airport and a railway terminal.

Panattoni will build a dedicated facility for Orbico Supply of the Orbico Group, a distributor of globally known brands for the FMCG.

The largest online women’s footwear retailer has leased more than 5,000 sqm space in the Logicor Lazy Park near Warsaw.

Uniq Logistic has leased 6,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in Prologis Park Lodz to a client from the FMCG sector.
