CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), has signed a 10-year lease for 21,000 sqm at CTPark Gdańsk Port with major Polish cargo operator Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG).

REGESTA S.A., a rapidly growing logistics services provider, will lease 21,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Zgierz. Its central warehouse will support its four existing warehouses across Poland, with another two under construction. The tenant was advised on the transaction by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Construction of 7R Park Gdansk III in Barniewice has just started. Complex SAD has become the first tenant. The company was represented in the negotiations by Newmark Polska consultants.

A logistics service provider has renewed and expanded its lease in GLP Pomeranian Logistics Centre. Under its new contract the tenant will occupy approximately 22,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the complex. Developers have secured plots of land in the region and will launch new projects once they pre-let 30-50% of the floorspace of a building as part of meeting banks’ lending requirements.

The Cartonplast Group, a supplier of plastic layer pads and pallets, has renewed its lease of more than 3,650 sqm of warehouse and office space in Logicor Mysłowice. The tenant was represented in the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Mabor Logistic, a provider of transport, forwarding and logistics services, has leased over 3,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II. Newmark Polska advised the tenant during the search for the right location and the negotiation process.
