The Delta Trans Group has renegotiated and expanded its lease to a total of 27,000 sqm of warehouse and office space by taking an additional 9,250 sqm at Hillwood Ruda Śląska. During the negotiation process, the tenant relied on the experience and expertise of Newmark Polska advisers.

Igepa Polska, a leading distributor of paper, printing machines and media, has decided to renegotiate the terms and conditions of its lease for 3,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań IX.
