Real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska is on a prestigious short-list of five companies nominated for the Advisor of the Year award in Prime Property Prize 2022. The award will be decided by the readers of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl. Voting will continue until 31 August 2022.

Pomerania is one of Poland’s hottest industrial and warehouse markets. While some Polish regions began to slow down in the first quarter of this year, Tricity recorded another decline in vacancy rates and a shortage of prime stock, both existing and under construction, with occupier demand remaining strong.

To accommodate its rapid growth, Eviosys Packaging Poland has renewed and expanded its lease in Exeter Park Gdansk. It will now occupy over 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space in the park. Complex SAD has renewed its lease for warehouse space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdansk. It also decided to increase its warehouse footprint to close to 8,000 sqm. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Both Polish and international companies are reporting a growing demand for modern data centers. While the availability of suitable development land in established Western European markets is shrinking, Poland still has a large pool of excellent and affordable sites meeting data center requirements.

Morska Agencja Gdynia sp. z o.o., a specialist provider of sea, land and rail freight services, will become a tenant of one of the two buildings of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. It has leased 22,800 sqm of warehouse space in a build-to-suit facility. The tenant was advised on the choice of location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Timely delivery of suitable industrial and warehouse space is the biggest challenge the logistics market will face in the quarters ahead. Poland’s vacancy rate is at a record low of 3 percent. Tenants don’t want to wait – their businesses continue to grow and need warehouses right now.

Langowski Logistics, a specialist provider of international freight forwarding and logistics services, has leased 7,500 sqm of additional warehouse space in Panattoni Park Pruszków II. The tenant was once again assisted by experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

The Polish branch of Dutch-based Mandersloot, a provider of logistics services in the Benelux and Central European countries, has expanded its warehouse capacity in a distribution complex in Poznań which is property-managed by Savills Investment Management.

Arteria Logistics, a specialist provider of customized logistics solutions, has leased 7,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. The tenant was advised during its search for a larger warehouse and the negotiation process by experts of Newmark Polska.
