Real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska has published its “Warehouse Map of Poland”, which is an exhaustive guide to the Polish logistics market. The publication presents key data, including the geographical locations of warehouses, transport infrastructure and emerging industrial zones.

Regesta, has renewed its lease for more than 17,000 sqm of warehouse, office and social space in Park Tychy DC1. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

New multinational companies are leasing warehouses in Upper Silesia while taking advantage of comprehensive logistics services. Developers have secured plots of land in the region and will launch new projects once they pre-let 30-50% of the floorspace of a building as part of meeting banks’ lending requirements.

Subcarpathia continues to gain importance and is likely to become a leading east-west transshipment hub supporting the rebuilding of Ukraine. Its potential has also been recognized by industrial developers who are building warehouses and securing land for future projects in the region.

The Cartonplast Group, a supplier of plastic layer pads and pallets, has renewed its lease of more than 3,650 sqm of warehouse and office space in Logicor Mysłowice. The tenant was represented in the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Mabor Logistic, a provider of transport, forwarding and logistics services, has leased over 3,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II. Newmark Polska advised the tenant during the search for the right location and the negotiation process.

Bidfood Farutex, a distributor of products to the HoReCa sector, has leased 1,750 sqm of warehouse and office space in REINO IO Rzeszów. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

REGESTA S.A., a logistics services provider, has leased nearly 36,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Its new facility will enable it to cooperate with the nearby seaport, offer container handling in the Baltic Hub and the BCT, and expand its sea transport services. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

REGESTA S.A., a specialist provider of logistics services, has leased 33,000 sqm in one of the two warehouses of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. The tenant was advised on the choice of the location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Lighting company Wojnarowscy has agreed a lease renewal for 3,870 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II. The tenant was advised on the lease renegotiation by experts of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

In 2022, the industrial market remained one of the fastest-growing real estate sectors in Poland despite supply chain disruptions that sent rents and construction costs rising.
