Newmark, a leading commercial real estate advisor and service provider to large institutional investors, global corporations, and other owners and occupiers, has been named the world’s Best Commercial Real Estate Consultant by Euromoney. The honor was among four collected by Newmark, including several in Latin America.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with Langowski Logistics, a leading logistics operator specializing in international container transport. The company will occupy over 5,600 square meters of space in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The tenant was supported in concluding the agreement by the advisory firm Newmark Polska.

SIG, a specialist supplier of construction products, has renewed its lease for 4,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Wrocław. The tenant was advised during lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.

Warehouse tenants are adopting increasingly advanced technologies to meet client requirements, but at the same time they also need to be mindful of employee wellbeing. Standard buildings in industrial parks are not enough. Companies need customised warehouses and tailor-made solutions.

Tuplex, a leader in the plastics industry, is a new tenant in Multipark Bydgoszcz, where it took 1,450 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was advised during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has handed over new space in Panattoni Park Tricity East III. Alfa Warehouses, a company specialising in logistical warehousing, is to start up its operations within the Gdańsk development. During the search for new warehousing premises and the negotiation of the terms, the tenant was represented by consultancy Newmark Polska.
