Zymetric Sp. z o.o., a distributor of Midea HVAC appliances and solutions, has leased 9,700 sqm of modern office and warehouse space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North III. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Langowski Logistics, a specialist provider of international freight forwarding and logistics services, has leased an additional 4,500 sqm of modern warehouse space in Central European Logistics Hub, in Łódź, bringing its total warehouse footprint to around 8,000 sqm. Primavera Parfum, the Polish leader in multichannel retailing and e-commerce in the beauty sector, has leased over 5,000 sqm of customized class A warehouse space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. More than 600,000 sqm of warehouse space is under construction in Lower Silesia. Of that total, nearly two-thirds are being built in Wrocław and its suburbs. Demand for new warehouses in the region comes mainly from e-commerce and 3PL.
