Printing house Abedik has renewed its lease for 2,280 sqm of warehouse and office space in BGO Park Poznań. The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Logmaster will join the ranks of MLP Group’s tenants. The logistics company has leased approximately 6,800 sqm of modern space within the region’s largest warehouse complex. Delivery of the finished facility has been scheduled for June 2023. The tenant was assisted in the negotiations by the Newmark Polska consultancy firm.

Habasit will consolidate two locations within Panattoni Park Czeladź V in the Silesian region as early as January 2023 and plans to expand within the park in the future. Newmark Polska, a consulting firm, represented the tenant in the location search and negotiation process.

BTS (build-to-suit) warehouses designed and constructed for long-term occupancy in line with individual client preferences and needs account for almost a third of Poland’s total industrial stock, or over 8 million sqm.

Its newest customized warehouse in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II can store around 6 million products and dispatch 25,000 parcels every day. Primavera Parfum was advised during its search for the right facility and lease negotiations by Newmark Polska.

C. Hartwig Gdynia, a leading Polish freight forwarding company of the global Rhenus Group, has expanded its lease to occupy a total of 16,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

NRF, the Dutch-based manufacturer and supplier of spare parts, has come to Panattoni Park Tricity West II, where it leased 32,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. It was advised during its search for the optimal facility and the lease negotiation process by Newmark Polska.

Marcotran, an international logistics operator, has renewed its lease for 3,400 sqm of warehouse and office space in Park Poznań VI which is managed by the pan-European Asset Manager Urban Real Estate Partner (UREP). The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Eurocash Serwis, a specialist distributor of tobacco and other products for cashier zones, is relocating its operations to Panattoni Park Toruń, which is currently under construction. The tenant was represented during the negotiations of the two leases by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Terramar, a specialist provider of transport, forwarding and logistics (TFL) services, has become a new tenant in Panattoni Park Pruszków VI, where it leased 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Access Business Group International Polska, a sister company of Amway, the world’s leading direct selling company, is set to relocate into an almost 3,700 sqm new facility at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre in mid-May 2023. The tenant was represented by the consultancy Newmark Polska in the transaction.
