Polish company Nowa Szkola has leased more than 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Lodz.

TMM Express Sp. z o.o. has leased 4,343 sqm at logistics park MLP Pruszkow I. Warehouse space comprises approximately 3,700 sqm.

DPD Polska has opened a new parcel sorting hub in Parzeniew, near Warsaw. The hub will service the Warsaw region as well as north-eastern and eastern Poland.

GTFL, a Polish transport and logistics provider, has leased more than 5,400 sqm at Panattoni Park Grodzisk II. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland

JAS-FBG S.A. has signed up for 6,600 sqm at a cross-dock warehouse project underway at Segro Business Park Lodz. The start of operations is scheduled for Q4 2018.

PartnersPol Group, a logistics provider, has leased 22,200 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Teresin. Operations are scheduled to start in January 2019.

Meble Wojcik has launched the construction of its new Distribution Centre in Elblag. The project broke ground in mid-September 2018 and will be completed in 2019.

PGC (the Polish Ceramics Group) has leased 6,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Lodz.

French supermarket chain Intermarché has extended its lease agreement for 28,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Distribution Park in Mysłowice.

Advantech Poland has extended its 2,400 sqm lease at Ideal Distribution Center in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Access Business Group has renewed its warehouse lease at MLP Pruszków I, where the warehouse facility of Amway Supply Chain Services is located.
