The Oknoplast Group has broken ground on a large project to boost its production capacity. The development of the project will be supported by Krakow Technology Park.

Exeter Property Group is to develop a new industrial park in Swiebodzin which will comprise approximately 120,000 sqm of space.

myBOX Logistics, company of the Marketing Investment Group (MIG), has signed a lease agreement for more than 22,000 sqm at 7R Park Kielce.

The logistics park will provide 83,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out. The first building for InPost is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2019.

Spedimex, a Polish logistics operator offering supply chain management solutions, has signed an extension of its 20,000 sqm warehouse and office lease at Logicor Lodz I.

Mostostal Pomorze SA has leased more than 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in a production facility on the Ostrów Island in Gdansk. The tenant was represented by Cresa.

The Specjał Group has decided to relocate its Western Pomeranian branch to 7R City Flex Szczecin, situated within the city limits. Its new wholesale warehouse will total more than 4,700 sqm.

Specjał has opened a new wholesale branch in Panattoni Park Lublin. It has also decided to relocate one of its branches to Panattoni Park Warszawa Konotopa II.

InPost has leased 8,500 sqm in MLP Poznan West. The handover of the finished cross-dock warehouse constructed on a built-to-suit basis is planned to take place in Q3 2019.

Panattoni Europe is planning to build Panattoni Park Tricity North in the Gdynia area. The 45,000 sqm distribution facility will be developed near the Baltic Container Terminal.
