The Oknoplast Group has broken ground on a large project to boost its production capacity. The development of the project will be supported by Krakow Technology Park.
The logistics park will provide 83,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out. The first building for InPost is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2019.

Mostostal Pomorze SA has leased more than 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in a production facility on the Ostrów Island in Gdansk. The tenant was represented by Cresa.

InPost has leased 8,500 sqm in MLP Poznan West. The handover of the finished cross-dock warehouse constructed on a built-to-suit basis is planned to take place in Q3 2019.
Panattoni Europe is planning to build Panattoni Park Tricity North in the Gdynia area. The 45,000 sqm distribution facility will be developed near the Baltic Container Terminal.
