7R is developing the project as part of its concept 7R City Flex Lodz. Another tenant, HYDRO BUILDING SYSTEMS POLAND, has leased warehouse space.

Famix, a food distributor, has leased a total of nearly 8,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at 7R Park Krakow and 7R Park Rzeszow.

Development company Segro has completed the construction of a facility for Komfort. The 15,500 sqm project was developed in three and a half months at SEGRO Logistics Park Strykow.

The commercialisation of the first two buildings (H1 and H2) of the warehouse and office complex City Park on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn is nearing completion.
