Geis Polska to move into Distribution Park Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The tenant will occupy nearly 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space owned by the US firm Hines.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of another facility for Amazon with more than 60,000 sqm of space.

Globalway of the Costway Group has signed an almost 3,500 sqm lease at Panattoni Park Gdansk I. A leading importer of furniture, homeware and garden accessories, toys and sports goods.

City Logistics Warsaw II has a full complement of tenants. More than 13,000 sqm was leased by transport, forwarding, logistics and manufacturing companies.

Media Expert has leased 2,000 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space at SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

Capital Group Arteria S.A. will soon expand its warehouse footprint at P3 Błonie. Arteria Document Solutions, part of Arteria S.A., leased nearly 3,000 sqm of additional warehouse space.

Dan Cake Polonia has signed a lease with Biuro Inwestycji Kapitalowych for approximately 4,400 sqm, of which around 4,250 sqm is warehouse space.

Poczta Polska is opening a new parcel sorting facility in Bialystok. The start of operations at Panattoni’s warehouse complex is scheduled for October 2019.
