Development company Segro has completed the construction of a facility for Komfort. The 15,500 sqm project was developed in three and a half months at SEGRO Logistics Park Strykow.

The commercialisation of the first two buildings (H1 and H2) of the warehouse and office complex City Park on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn is nearing completion.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, embarks on the largest project in the Warsaw region. The new facility, A2 Warsaw Park, will total 102,500 sqm.

Globalway of the Costway Group has signed an almost 3,500 sqm lease at Panattoni Park Gdansk I. A leading importer of furniture, homeware and garden accessories, toys and sports goods.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing a business cluster at the Central European Logistics Hub. Developer will deliver 30,000 sqm.

Nieten, a customs service provider, has leased more than 5,000 sqm of space at logistics park MLP Pruszkow II. Currently using warehouse space nearly half that size at MLP Pruszkow I.

Panattoni Park Lublin II has already secured its first tenant - Varroc Lighting Systems, manufacturer of external lighting systems and electronics for the automotive industry.

Danish provider of electrosurgery and laparoscopic surgery solutions, will expand its operations at Goodman Poznan IV Airport Logistics Centre.

City Logistics Warsaw II has a full complement of tenants. More than 13,000 sqm was leased by transport, forwarding, logistics and manufacturing companies.
